1. Agreement and Eligibility
These Rental Terms form part of every reservation with Pack N Stack Tote Rentals. The customer must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact, address, access, scheduling, and payment information. A reservation becomes confirmed only after Pack N Stack accepts the reservation, receives required payment, and confirms availability.
2. Rental Property and Customer Care
All totes, lids, dollies, labels, and related equipment remain Pack N Stack property. The customer must use them for lawful household or approved business purposes, keep them reasonably clean and secure, avoid overloading, and return every item in substantially the same condition, ordinary wear excepted.
Do not place hazardous, illegal, flammable, explosive, corrosive, or biohazardous materials inside Pack N Stack totes. The customer remains responsible for packing, securing, and protecting personal belongings.
3. Packages, Durations, and Promotions
The selected package, tote quantity, dolly quantity, add-ons, rental period, delivery date, pickup date, and price appear in the order summary. Residential rentals use the selected two-, three-, or four-week term. Promotion-specific terms control the promotion price, tote quantity, and duration. Promotions do not combine with other promotions.
Finishing early does not create a refund or credit for unused rental time.
4. Delivery, Pickup, and Access
Standard service is scheduled Monday through Friday. Available windows are 9 AM to 11 AM, 11 AM to 1 PM, 1 PM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 5 PM, and 4 PM to 6 PM. The customer must provide safe, lawful, and timely access at each address.
Stair access costs $10 per flight at delivery and $10 per flight at pickup where applicable. Delivery and pickup addresses are evaluated separately for service-area travel fees. Current travel zones and charges appear on the Service Area page and order summary.
5. Unattended Service and Proof
Unattended delivery or pickup requires prior authorization. Pack N Stack may photograph or record the placement, condition, quantity, access location, date, and time of delivery and pickup. These records may be used only to complete service, document equipment condition, address safety or security concerns, verify charges, and resolve questions or disputes. Once an authorized unattended delivery is placed and documented, the customer accepts responsibility for the equipment and location.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a 100% refund of the rental fee.
- Cancel 48 hours or less before the scheduled delivery for a 50% refund of the rental fee.
- A delivery no-show receives no refund.
- No refund or credit applies to unused rental time, an early return, or early storage redelivery.
7. Extensions and Unauthorized Holdover
Residential extensions require a request and payment before the scheduled pickup and remain subject to availability. Each extension covers a full seven-day period with no prorating.
Keeping equipment beyond the approved return date without an accepted extension creates a $25 daily holdover charge until the equipment is returned or recovered.
8. Fixed Customer Charges
Pack N Stack may assess the following published charges when service records, photos, inventory counts, or condition records support the charge:
A missed pickup includes a customer-caused failed visit, unavailable access, equipment not ready, or equipment located somewhere other than the confirmed pickup location.
9. Payment Authorization
By providing a payment method, the customer authorizes the approved payment processor to charge the order total and any fixed charge permitted by these terms. Pack N Stack will provide notice or a receipt for additional charges. Pack N Stack does not store raw card numbers.
10. Short-Term Tote Storage
Storage applies only to qualifying belongings packed inside Pack N Stack totes. Furniture and loose household items are not accepted. Customers may handle drop-off and retrieval at no transportation charge. Pack N Stack pickup or return delivery costs $40, and both services cost $70 within the standard service area. Outside-area travel fees and stair-access fees apply where listed. No routine access applies while totes remain in storage.
The following contents are prohibited from short-term storage:
- Illegal goods or contraband
- Firearms or ammunition
- Explosives, fireworks, fuel, propane, or other flammable materials
- Hazardous, toxic, corrosive, radioactive, or biohazardous materials
- Perishable food or items likely to attract pests
- Live plants or animals
- Open containers or liquids likely to leak
- Prescription medicine or medical supplies requiring controlled conditions
- Items requiring temperature or humidity control
- Cash, negotiable instruments, jewelry, or other high-value valuables
- Irreplaceable documents, keepsakes, or collectibles
Pack N Stack may refuse or stop service when contents create a safety, legal, pest, contamination, or property risk.
11. Personal Belongings and Service Limits
Pack N Stack does not pack, inventory, appraise, or insure customer belongings unless a written service description states otherwise. Customers should maintain suitable insurance for their property. Pack N Stack remains responsible only to the extent required by applicable law and an accepted written agreement.
12. Service-Related Text Messages
Customers may separately opt in to service-related text messages during reservation checkout. Messages include reservation confirmations, delivery and pickup reminders, driver updates, schedule changes, and customer-support responses. Message frequency varies by reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel text messages or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile-number and opt-in information follows the Privacy Policy.
13. Photos, Video, and Media Authorization
Pack N Stack may capture photographs, video, audio, signatures, timestamps, and related service records during delivery, pickup, storage, customer support, community activities, or another Pack N Stack interaction. Operational records may be used to complete service, document equipment and property condition, verify access or charges, address safety or security concerns, and resolve questions or disputes.
By accepting these Rental Terms, the customer authorizes Pack N Stack to use approved photographs, video, audio, testimonials, and the customer's name, voice, or likeness for Pack N Stack websites, social media, email, printed materials, advertising, and other business promotions without additional payment. Pack N Stack may crop, resize, caption, edit, reproduce, or format approved media, but will not knowingly use it in a misleading, defamatory, or unlawful manner.
The customer must tell Pack N Stack before recording if another adult present does not consent. A parent or legal guardian must provide separate authorization before a person under age 18 appears in marketing media. The customer may withdraw permission for future marketing use by emailing hello@pnstotes.com. Withdrawal does not require Pack N Stack to recall or remove materials published before the request. Media and service records follow the Privacy Policy.
14. Applicable Law and Changes
Alabama law governs these terms, subject to applicable consumer protections. The version accepted during checkout controls the reservation. Updates apply to later reservations unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
